Let me just brag about my awesome man for a minute. As some of you may know, Brandon decided several months ago that it was time to lose some weight. I guess when you live with someone, and are married to them for so long, you just don't notice how much weight someone might gain over a 6 year time period.
How has he done it, you might ask? HARD WORK. He didn't really changed WHAT he ate, just how much he ate. He didn't want to do a fad diet that he couldn't stick with, so instead he just controlled his portions and made better food decisions. He started running 4 miles at a time, several times a week.
He gave himself until Christmas to reach his goal. He is down 40 pounds right now, and still wants to lose about 15 more.
