April is going to be a great month for us.
1. Today marks the beginning of my birthday week. Festivities run all week in our house.
2. I only have to work one day (tomorrow) and then I don't have to work until next Tuesday. Yay for spring break!
3. We had an offer on our house about a month ago (we kept this hush hush), and we found out that we will be able to close within the next couple of weeks. WOOOOOOT!!!! This is two years in the making!!!!! If it falls through I'm going to burn the house down. See if I don't.
4. We found a big house with a big yard east of Harrison in the hills near Ogden High to lease. We are splitting the house with my brother David, his wife Erica, and baby Sophie. If they make trouble I'll just lock the basement door so they can't escape.
5. This means that we get to move in 12 days!!! Yes!! Yes!!! Yes!!!
6. Brandon will be done with school (for the semester!). This is a great thing, because he's really mean when he's in school. It's not like working 40 hours a week and taking full-time classes (plus Monday pizza/family night, Tuesday night class and soccer, Wednesday basketball, Thursday date night, being a dad, being a husband, being a friend, packing our house, studying for finals) are that much to ask. Jeez. He acts like he's so busy.
Anyway, here's some pictures of Lover today. He has been doing this weird old man face lately. He looks up at the ceiling and then scrunches his face up and closes his eyes. It's pretty hilarious, especially now that he's got two teeth on the bottom.
