Yes Virginia, I did have a childhood.

What a craaaaaazy weekend we had. Not crazy in a good way. No, not at all. Crazy things that I refuse to share. You'll just have to wonder. Needless to say, my birthday has come and gone. We went to lunch and then swimming (yes, swimming!) with my family.

My two lovers.

Ryker didn't hate the water, but I wouldn't say he loved it either. I really need to get my hair done. Those roots are bad.

My dad and I worked the other night on converting a very small fraction of the vast amount of slides into digital format. How did we do this, you ask? It was extremely complicated. He would shine the slide, and then I would take a picture of it with my camera.

Anyway, I'm here to prove to you, that YES, pictures of my childhood DO indeed exist!!!!
This is David. Don't be fooled by this innocent smile, he bit me all the time.

This is me and my sister, Lauralee. Don't judge me for my double chin.

My mommy broke my arm. HA just kidding. I was naughty and snuck down to my friend's house, and I fell off the wet trampoline. Moral of the story: If you break your arm, you will get presents.

David.

I'm not in this picture, this was before I came around, but I am loving my dad's outfit.

This is David with a cat we found, who was later named Lincoln. We found the cat and fed him milk, and my mom was very angry. She made us take him down to our friends' house and give him to them (coincidentally, same friends as the broken arm incident).

We went on so many camping trips and hikes when I was growing up.

What an adorable child.

This must have been the day we found the cat.

I did not have a mushroom haircut, my hair was actually really long.

Look at this fox in its natural habitat.

My dad and Lauralee

I know you're loving side ponytail and big bow. It was the 90s, what can we say?

And now....
Ryker in comparison to me and Brandon. (He overwhelmingly looks like Brandon, I know.)

  1. What was wrong with my face (ie chin) in the "time we almost had a cat" picture?
