Of course I was curious to see how Ryker would react to Hannah. He's not an aggressive kid, so I wasn't worried about him hitting her or trying to hurt her. I thought at the worst he would just be indifferent towards her. I have been so pleasantly surprised. He LOVES her. He wants to hold her all day long. Every morning when he comes in our room, he immediately asks for the baby. Every night he wants her to lay next to him in his bed. I try to let him hold her and love her at every opportunity. He puts his arms around her and rubs his nose against hers and gives her kisses. He doesn't like her to wear socks though. He always takes her socks off. Here's some pictures of our pretty lady.
In other news, Brandon ran his first 10k on Saturday. I am so proud of him. Two months ago, he decided to make some changes, and through hard work and changing a few eating habits, he is down 30 pounds in 8 weeks. He's running between 12 and 16 miles every week and his pants look like a big skirt on him now. He finished his 10k in 58:29. Go Brandon!
