Ryker is gearing up for his big trip to Disneyland. I bought him a little hat so his head doesn't get sunburned. He's kind of an albino child. PLUS, I kind of, well, jeez, um, cut his hair, and um, messed up a just a wee little bit. It's FINE everyone, I just cut it a little shorter than my liking. And I might have left the sides long, not because they look long, because he really has very thin hair on the sides, so it's almost impossible to cut, but there are wispies sticking out. Short on top, wispy on sides. At least he has a hat.
Anyway, here's the happenings of the week:
- Ryker's first tooth broke through. It's a jaggedy little thing poking up from the bottom gum.
- I have to work 5 DAYS this week so I can have all of next week off for our vacation. It's cruel, really. I don't know how people do this.
- Brandon just showed me all the belly button lint that he accumulated today.
- Brandon and I are doing an exercise contest this month. Whoever exercises the most minutes by the end of the month gets some cash to spend on only themselves. Right now he's 75 minutes ahead of me. I'm thinking of strategically placing toys on the floor after he goes to bed in the path to the bathroom. I've got to stop him somehow.
- I have 23 working days left until school gets out for the summer.
- Good things are beginning to happen for us....
....I guess you'll just have to wait and see....
I am in complete fear of cutting Max's hair! It's way over due, but I can't bring myself to cut it.
