We had a family date night tonight and took Ryker to the Dinosaur Park and out for ice cream. Too bad it was 176 degrees outside, we probably would have stayed longer. The Cretaceous period was definitely a hot one.
We were unsure of how Ryker would do with the dinosaurs, but he loved it. He growled at them and ran down the trails looking for "doo-doos". (Not poop. Dinosaurs.) He also kept sniffing at them. I'm not sure what that was about. Maybe he was channeling his inner dinosaur and trying to sniff out his prey. He also sniffs at babies. Maybe we should be worried about that.
