Today was Day 1 of my exercise program. Woo. I ran about a mile. Downhill. I know. Be impressed by the sheer distance. When I got home I thought my legs were going to fall off. This is ridiculous. I've run for a few years now and a lot of miles, but this is just embarrassing. I will begin again on Monday. What I need is a motivator. Like someone to exercise with. Brandon makes fun of me and my "Stephens athletic ability", which is an oxymoron, because Stephens' don't have athletic ability. Rude.

That's gonna stick for life. Or at least for a while. I started that with Tyler, but we called him the Nakie. He's still the Nakie, it makes me laugh and feel bad at the same time, because it's my fault. :)
