Banana Cream Pie
December 25, 2010- December 28, 2010
I will miss you, banana cream pie that I finished today. You were perfectly smooth, with no chunks of bananas. You had the perfect crust, and the perfect amount of nuts on top. Your whipped cream was so beautifully decorative. I will strive to find a banana cream pie like you in the future, but know that you were always the one I loved the most. Even though you are gone now, I will forever remember the good times we had together. The laughs, the tears, the time alone we spent by the Christmas tree. I remember when you were just a baby and I tenderly placed you in the fridge, away from anything that would harm you. I made sure you were away from the onions that could impose their flavor upon you, and away from the meat who might drip blood on you. Those times are just a memory now. Thank you for sharing your love and your creamy cool center. Rest in peace, old friend.
And now, some other things...
Ryker and Sophie had their first business meeting today. The subjects on the docket were Roth IRAs, hedge funds, and how to gain higher yields on their investments.
So cute!!!!
